We can work with you to assist in giving your little one the very best start to life as well as assist you to overcome any eating and feeding challenges that your child might be experiencing.

We can help you in the following areas:

Introducing solids and transitioning to family foods – what, how and when to introduce solids to provide the very best start (including purees, baby-led or a mix of both)
Growth concerns
Iron deficiency
Feeding differences
Vegan and vegetarian diets
Minimising the risk of developing food allergies
Supporting comfort and curiosity with a variety of foods

Nutritional management of medical conditions

Here at Hatch we promote, encourage and support breastfeeding, but also acknowledge that sometimes this isn’t possible. We support the “fed is best” model.

We are located in Hobart, Tasmania and offer telehealth services in Tasmania and Western Australia. Home visits may be offered to NDIS participants within 30 minutes of Margate, Tasmania, depending upon your needs.

Hatch Dietetics supports teenagers to optimise their development and build their interest and independence with food preparation, food choices and eating habits. We can assist with the following:

General nutrition to enjoyment of food and optimise your health and wellbeing
Assess and support growth concerns
Iron or other nutrient deficiency
ARFID (responsive feeding and CBT-AR approach)
Food literacy and food preparation skills to support independence

NDIS services

Here at Hatch Dietetics, we work with you to assist you to achieve your NDIS goals. This means, we support you to maintain and improve your function, participate in the community, engage socially and live your best life. To do this, we can help you with the following:
